3.3 Contract Cleaning
• Both Standard and Deep cleaning services can be done on a
contractual basis. Based on your needs and a signed agreement.
• A quote will be calculated based on the needs to the client.

4.4 Room Attendants
Our room attendants are trained to act professionally as they aim to keep the
rooms and toilets/bathrooms clean at all times.
The room attendants typical job consists of:
• Using cleaning equipment and colour coded buckets to tidy and sanitize
rooms after every patron/ every morning(depending on the need of the
facility).
• Replacing bed linens and towels after every patron/on request of the patron.
• Restocking hotel food and beverages pertaining to the minibar/room itself.
• Keeping hallways/corridors/passages clean and unobstructed.
• Reporting room vacancy status to the main office/front desk.
4.5 Housemen
• Assist housekeeping staff in ensuring all rooms and common areas are
cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Execute daily tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and replenishing
amenities to contribute to a pristine and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in public spaces, including lobbies, hallways,
and lounges.
• Perform regular checks to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good
working order.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces for conferences, meetings,
and other gatherings.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure spaces are prepared according to
guest specifications.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items, such as towels,
toiletries, or special room setups.
• Provide friendly and efficient service, contributing to a positive guest
experience.
• Manage the disposal of waste and recyclables in an environmentally
responsible manner.
• Ensure trash receptacles are regularly emptied and maintained.
• Take responsibility for maintaining an accurate inventory of linen stock.
• Monitor and report on linen usage, anticipating restocking needs.
• Coordinate with laundry services for sending and receiving linen, ensuring an
adequate supply for daily operations.
• Work closely with the housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to
address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable experience
for our guests.
5.1 Events
• Ensuring that venue (kitchen/common areas/ toilets) are clean prior to
event.
• During the event, depending on the size of guest, cleaners will be
available to clean up spills and check on the toilets, tidying up and
cleaning regularly to avoid any discomfort for guest at the event.
• Post Event cleaning consist of the following:
• Disposing of all accumulated garbage and recycling where
applicable.
• Cleaning floors and other surfaces
• Cleaning all areas of the venue, including the bathrooms/toilets and
kitchen
• Vacuuming
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Disinfecting
5.2 Stadiums
• Picking up and clearing of ALL litter found on the stands.
• Cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms/toilets and locker rooms.
• Pressure washing of stands
• Wiping down of seats
• Disinfecting of seats
• Emptying of ALL trash cans and replacing garbage bags where needed.
NOTE: All these services are provided post event.
5.3 Move in- Move Out services
• All surfaces will be dusted
• Doors will be spot-cleaned
• Floors to be swept, vacuumed and mopped(polished on request).
• High-reach surface areas in your kitchen and bathrooms will be cleaned
and sanitized.
• This service may be customized to meet the client’s requirements.
5.4 Post Renovation
• Dust exterior lights
• Make sure all lights are working
• Wipe down windows
• Clean doors, door frames, and doorknobs
• Sweep entrance ways
• Floors are swept and vacuumed/mopped
• All lights are working and free of dust
• Doorknobs and light switches are clean
• Windows, window sills, and window tracks are cleaned and dusted
• No evidence of paint drops on the floors or scuff marks on the walls

• Dust all shelves and counters
• Clean inside appliances

6.1 Carpet and upholstery cleaning.
• Vacuuming and removing of dust from carpet or upholstered item being
cleaned.
• Steamed and shampooed
• Scrubbed with heavy duty machine
• Water sucked from carpet/upholstered item being cleaned.
NOTE: the carpet/upholstered item will them have to air dry further, before use.
